In a traditional downtown apartment building, this hip hostel is a 3-minute walk from Puerta del Sol metro station and 4 minutes from stately Plaza Mayor square. Bright, artsy mixed-sex and female-only dorms come with free Wi-Fi, shared bathrooms, bunk beds and lockers. Private rooms add flat-screen TVs and desks, as well as en suite facilities. Kids are welcome in private rooms. In addition to a retro-themed bar and a relaxed eatery, amenities include a communal kitchen, a library, a TV room and a pool table.
